Today the internet is one the best learning resources we have. Many things you used to have to take classes to learn are now widely available on the web via YouTube videos or online tutorials for free.
I’ve found that my favorite photographers I follow on social media all love the same cameras. The iPhone, GoPro, Sony A7R and Canon EOS 5D Mark III ($$$$$). My personal favorite camera is the Sony A6000. A perfect camera that is in between point and shoot and DSLR. It’s a decently priced camera for a beginner photographer looking for a few steps up from their point and shoot but also fancy enough for a more advanced photographer looking for something lighter and more compact.
For beginner photographers I’ve gathered some of the best posts around the web for learning how to use your camera. I will try and keep this list updated as I discover more online tips and tutorials.
